We will bring and set up all the games and the prize room before your event. We even provide two staff members during the fun fair: one for the games and one for the prize room, to monitor, assist and answer any questions you and your guests may have.
After the event we will take down all the games and pack up the unused prizes. There is no cost for setup or take-down. Also, there is never any up-front deposit required. A few days after the event you will get a very detailed and itemized invoice. Look for our surprise donated items on this list.
